James G. Williams

James G. Williams, age 84, of Rogers, Ark., passed away Sept. 11, 2012. James was born Feb. 20, 1928, in Madison, Wis., to Daniel and Marion (Stallard) Williams. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jennie; and two daughters, Char Mellor of Lake Geneva, Wis., and Sheila Williams of Rogers; six grandchildren, Tamalee Biging, Jonathan and Jennifer Mellor, Matt and Jake Williams, and Ashley Hrbek; five great-grandchildren, Meranda, Mitchell, Tyler Jon, Travin and Jayden; his nephew, Don Williams of Rogers, along with several other nieces and nephews. James was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Gregory; three brothers, Donald, Kenneth and Gerald; and one infant sister. Graveside inurnment services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at Benton County Memorial Park (3800 W. Walnut) in Rogers, with the Rev. Paul Theiss officiating.
