John G. Lawhorn

John G. Lawhorn, 74, of Hindsville passed away Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012, at Circle of life Hospice in Springdale. He was born Dec. 22, 1938, the son of Charles Bruce and Ella Mae Groce–Lawhorn. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Mary Beth Ledford; two brothers; and three sisters. Survivors include his wife, Glenna Lawhorn of the home; two sons, Wayne Lawhorn of Singer, Texas, and Mark Lawhorn and wife, Linda, of Texas; four brothers, Jim Lawhorn and wife, Joyce, of Tontitown, Henry Ford and wife, Linda, of Kingston, Robert Lawhorn and wife, Judy, of Wesley, and Thomas Lawhorn and wife, Erma, of Huntsville; two sisters, Sue Stephenson and husband, Roger, of Morrow, and Ann Burrow and husband of Barling, Ark.; three grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Huntsville.
