Steven Dale Posey

Steven Dale Posey, 58, of Springdale, passed away Nov. 26, 2012, at his home. He was born May 15, 1954, in Dermott, Ark. He was a 1972 graduate of McGehee High School and was an autobody repairman. He will be remembered by his family and friends for being very charismatic and loving music. He was preceded in death by his father, John Thomas Posey. He is survived by his mother, Jo Wilson of McGehee; two daughters, Kandra Young and husband, Michael of Springdale, and Renee Runyan and husband, Justin of Little Rock; sister, Janet Cantrell and husband, Steve of Portsmouth, Va.; and four grandchildren, Shawn and Kacie Young, Katie Keller and River Runyan. A memorial service will be held 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, at First Presbyterian Church in McGehee, with Tom Smith and Kenny Shaw officiating. Condolences may be offered at www.westfieldchapel.com.
