Charles Harley Russell

Charles Harley Russell, 66, of Springdale, passed away Nov. 21, 2012, in Springdale. He was born Oct. 21, 1946, in Huntsville, Ark., the son of William Harley and Marvie Masterson Russell. He was a brick mason. Preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Alton Russell. He is survived by his wife, Sherry C. Russell of the home; his children, Shaun Russell of Lowell, Rick Russell of Springdale, Chuck Lacey of Lowell and Becky Russell of Kansas City; three brothers, Delphard Russell of Tontitown, Ivan Russell of Elm Springs and Randy Russell of Florida and one grandchild.
