Kathryne Sue Martin

Kathryne Sue Martin, 81, of Greenland died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was born Feb. 22, 1931, in Maumee, Ark., to Fred and Telia McClain. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Basil McClain. Survivors include her husband, Deoin Martin, of the home; two sons, Mike Martin and wife, Kim, of DeQueen, Ark., and Keith Martin and wife, Elaina, or Searcy, Ark.; two daughters, Kattie Wing and husband, Tony, of Fayetteville, and Lou Ann Martin of Rogers; sister, Freddie Ingram of Santa Rosa, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Saturday, from 9 to 10 a.m. at the church. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at First Baptist Church in Greenland with the Rev. Eric Howerton and the Rev. Buddy Stockton officiating. Burial will be at Baptist Ford Cemetery under the direction of Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville.
