Wayne F. Schoeller

Wayne F. Schoeller, age 66, of Rogers, died July 1, 2012, at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, Ga. Wayne was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. In the past, he had been involved in the Boy Scouts of America, active both in Troop 81 and in the Westark Area Council where he had served as the District Executive. More recently, he was a Poll Sheriff for the Benton County Election Commission. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Valerie (Johnson) Schoeller, of the home; sons, Bradley Schoeller and wife, Dawn, of Bentonville, Shannon Schoeller and wife, Aseneth, of Rogers, Kyle Schoeller and wife, Carla, of Rogers; and four grandchildren, Grayson, Ava, Isaiah and Beckham. Graveside memorial services with military honors will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at Fayetteville National Cemetery. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, are requested to be made to the donor's favorite charity. Cremation arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
