Karin Anna Steinbrugge

Karin Anna Steinbrugge, 69, of Springdale, passed away July 8, 2012, in Springdale. She was born Dec. 24, 1942, in Berlin, Germany, to Kurt and Charlotte Marocke. Karin was a caregiver at the Elizabeth Richardson Center and enjoyed playing bingo, traveling, fishing and camping. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, Tom Steinbrugge; children, Bill Russell of Springdale, Mike Russell and wife Becky of Warrenville, S.C., Bobby Russell of Springdale, Todd Steinbrugge of San Diego, Calif., and Rita Miller and husband, Jeremy, of South Beach, Fla.; sister, Barbel Bujack and husband, Horst, of Berlin, Germany; stepmother, Irmgard Marocke of New Jersey; half sister, Irene Norton and husband, Patrick, of New Jersey; step sister, Annedore Emmer of New Jersey; step brother, Wolfgang and Detlef Barsch of New Jersey; and grandchildren, Katie and Daniel Russell. She is also survived by extended grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2012, at Westfield Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Westfield Chapel with Rev. Mark E. Krause officiating. Interment will follow in Salem Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72762.
