Franklin A. Phillips

Franklin A. Phillips, age 95, died July 6. He is survived by his wife, Opal (Walton) Phillips, a daughter Rita Musick, a son, Robert Phillips. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church. Cremation arrangements by Holt Memorial Chapel.
