Phillip R. Guinn

Phillip R. Guinn, 64, of Fayetteville, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2012, at Willard Walker Hospice Home. He was born Jan. 2, 1948, in Fayetteville, the son of Howard and Gwen Keeney Guinn. He was an accountant and former member of University Baptist Church and present member of Christian Life Cathedral. He was the founder and CFO of Ozark Mountain Basset Rescue Inc. Survivors include one daughter, Shannon Guinn of Springdale; his mother, Gwen Guinn of Fayetteville; several aunts and uncles, cousins; and host of friends. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at Beard's Funeral Chapel, with Dr. H.D. McCarty and Pastor Steve Dixon officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
