Billy Joe Estep

Billy Joe Estep, 76, a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away Dec. 17, 2012 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born March 5, 1936, in Madison County, Ark., the son of Samuel and Lottie Emiline Wages Estep. He was preceded in death by his parents; seven brothers, Coy, Thurman, Bob, Alfred, Charles, Gary and Vernon; and one sister, Erma. Survivors include one son, Greg Estep and wife, Jennifer; two daughters, Darlene Burris and husband, Kevin and Daylene Estep, all of Prairie Grove; his former wife and mother of his children, Peggy Jones; five sisters, Hilda Slaughter and husband, Pug, Wilda Cash and Betty Moore, all of Prairie Grove, Vera Fitts and husband, Roy and Geraldine Hobbs and husband, Wiley, all of Farmington; four granddaughters, Malorie Estep, Macie Estep, Bethany Pinkley and husband, Mason and Brooke Ledbetter and husband, Garrett; and his sidekick, Pee Wee. The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Thursday evening at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at Unity Covenant Church in West Fork.
