Ardith Terry

Ardith Terry, 75 of Springdale, Ark., passed away Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, in Fayetteville, Ark. She was born June 4, 1937, in South Bend, Ind. to Lawrence Simpson and Margaret (Stombaugh) Simpson. She was retired from Southwestern Bell, and enjoyed playing bingo. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James A. Terry, son Donald Knox, and brother, Richard Simpson. She is survived by one son; James L. Terry of Springdale, Ark., one daughter; Diane Ferguson of Springdale, Ark., three sisters; Nancy Geist of New Carlisle, Ind., Kathy Kenny of Littleton, Colo., Sally Mattasits if New Carlisle, Ind., one brother; Robert Simpson of Mishawaka, Ind., and two grandchildren; Karmen and Noah. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 18 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 19 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don George officiating. Burial will follow at Bluff Cemetery in Springdale.
