Kenneth "Ken" Duane Robinson, 67, of Rogers, passed away Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. He was born Nov. 17, 1945, in Waynesville, Ill., to John James Jr. and Mildred Juanita Boswell Robinson. Ken loved spending time with his family, friends and his faithful dog of 14 years, Frisbee. Through his life, he loved collecting knives and customizing vans. He spent some of his time building and remodeling his own home. Ken was loved by all who knew him and will be dearly missed in Illinois and Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Mary; and his brother, John. He has lost contact with his sister, Neva. Ken is survived by his wife of the home, Jerry; four daughters, Monica Robinson of Jacksonville, Ark., Kristi Damery of Cerro Gordo, Ill., Jessica Wilkerson of Rogers and Stormy Robinson of Rogers; two sons, Nichlous Wilkerson of Rogers, Ark., and Branden Robinson of Rogers, Ark.; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel with Pastor Paul Bryan of the First Baptist Church of Garfield officiating. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make a donation to any treatment or research foundation for Heart Disease, Cancer or Diabetes in Ken's memory.
