William Earl Jones

William Earl Jones, 85, of Fayetteville, passed away on Aug. 13, 2012, Willard Walker Hospice home. He was born June 10, 1927, in Fayetteville, Ark., to Willie and Vernice Jones. He was a longtime member of Ridgeview Baptist Church in Fayetteville. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Jerry Jones. Survivors include his daughter, Karen Stacy and her husband, Gary, of Fayetteville; son, Billy Mack Jones of Fayetteville; brother, Eugene Jones and wife, Geneva, of Cabot, Ark.; four grandchildren, Kelly Stacy, Billy Allen Jones, both of Fayetteville, Travis Stacy of Atlanta, Ga., and Tracee Daniels of Farmington; and six great-grandchildren. Private burial will be held at Shady Grove Cemetery in Springdale. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Beard's Funeral Chapel.
