Theodore 'Dwayne' Dockins

Theodore "Dwayne" Dockins, 40, of Tontitown, died Aug. 12, 2012, in Springdale. He was born Aug. 27, 1971, in Mountain Home to Faye Moody Dockins and Rex Dockins. He was area manager with Hertz. Dwayne enjoyed life, spending time with his family, friends, and his wife and son. He is survived by his wife, Beth Farmer Dockins of Tontitown; son, Harrison Elijah Dockins of Tontitown; parents, Faye Dockins of Dolph, and Rex Dockins and wife, Carolyn, of Dolph; brother, Dwight Dockins and partner, James Ruth, of Bethel Heights. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, with the Rev. Suzanne Stoner officiating.
