Ola Jean Gray

Ola Jean Gray, 90, of Pettigrew, Ark., died Aug. 3, 2012, at Washington Regional Hospice at Fayetteville, Ark. She was born June 17, 1922, at Pettigrew, Ark., the daughter of Simon Andrew and Clara Rena Cook Watson. She was a member of the New Home Church of Christ and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sanford "Rass" Gray; her parents; one brother, Bobby Wayne Watson; and three sisters, Wilma June Karr, Madaline Walden and Nola Dean Huffar. Survivors include two sons and daughers-in-law, Sanford Wayne and Marvie Gray of Saint Paul, Ark., and Jimmy Lee and Judy Gray of West Fork, Ark.; one daughter and son-in-law, Deborah Jean and Daniel Engel of Pettigrew, Ark., one sister, Mary Lee Johnson of Bentonville, Ark.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Pat Mannon, Minister officiating. Interment will be in the Boston Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home, www.brashearsfuneralhome.net, at Huntsville, Ark. Pallbearers will be Tim Engel, Jim Gray, Clint Gray, Jeff Slocum, John VanCuren and Richard Blaschke. Honorary pallbearers will be Dan Engel, Craig Williams, Mike Engel, Robert Smith, Alvie Johnson and Jeff Eaton. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m.. on Monday at the funeral home with the family present.
