Douglas Ray Baker

Douglas Ray Baker, 30, of Sulphur Springs, Ark., died Aug. 2, 2012, at Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville. He was born Jan. 7, 1982, at Borger, Texas the son of Donald Richard and Carolyn Lavone Fulton Baker. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and had worked in the Return Center for Wal-Mart. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Wanda Baker, and one nephew, Raymond Moppin, Jr. Survivors include his parents of Sulphur Springs, Ark.; two brothers, Donald Lee Baker of Lawton, Okla., and Mark Baker of Duncan, Okla.; one sister, Sharmon Baker of Sulphur Springs, Ark.; two uncles, Lee Fulton of Borger, Texas, and Truman Baker of Cave Springs, Ark.; four aunts, Alpha Craig of Borger, Texas, Velda Stewart of Ukiah, Calif., Ruby White and Frances Fulton, both of Amarillo, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, at the Patrick Cemetery with Brother Johnny Baker officiating. Pallbearers will be Benjie Moppin, Bubba Baker, Cody Baker, Andrew Stough, Danny Goff and Spencer Austin. Honorary pallbearers will be Toby Moppin and Xane Baker.
