Janelle Evans

Janelle Evans, 62, of Siloam Springs, passed away Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, in Springdale. She was born Aug. 14, 1949, in Oklahoma City to Wayne and Gladys Avant. Janelle worked as a process coordinator at DaySpring Cards and was active in the Christian Community. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Ron Lewis Evans; daughters, Mandi Maples and husband, Gary, of Siloam Springs and Angie Edwards and husband, Ryan, of Siloam Springs; brother, Randy Avant of Oklahoma; and one granddaughter, Kaleigh Benton. Visitation will be held 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012, at Sager Creek Community Church in Siloam Springs. Services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, at Sager Creek Community Church with Pastor Jim Hendersen officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
