Jacqueline "Jackie" Watkins Booth, 71, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County in Bentonville, Ark. She was born Feb. 3, 1941, in Bartlesville, Okla., the daughter of Jack and Beatrice Watkins. She was an avid reader. She was a Girl Scout until about the age of 25 in Tulsa, Okla. She loved working and had been employed since age 16. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and putting together puzzles. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church of Rogers. She had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for over nine years after moving from Bartlesville, Okla., where she was a longtime resident. She graduated from College High School in 1959. She was preceded in death by: her parents; one sister, Nancy Sue Baker; and one nephew Dustin Timbrook. Jackie is survived by her husband, Richard Booth of the home whom she married March 29, 1980; two daughters; Mary Jo Griffin and her husband, Brian, of Collinsville, Okla.; Kristi Pipher and her husband, Dennis, of Carrollton, Texas; the father of Jackie's children, Odie "Butch" Newman of Dewey, Okla.; three sisters, Diane Watkins Landers, of Marietta, Ga., Mary Lou Banks and her husband, Wesley, of Horton, Kan., Kathy Rexwinkle and her husband, Danny, of Nowata, Okla.; four grandchildren, Rachel, Tyler, Matthew and Jacob. Visitation: Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at Epting Funeral Home in Bentonville from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service: Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012, at 10 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church in Rogers with Rev. Zach Underwood officiating. Honorary Pallbearers: Russell Holt, Jim Aldrich, Tim Mica, George Davis and Bill Wolf. Graveside service: Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery in Bartlesville, Okla. Memorials to: The Alzheimer's Association. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home of Bentonville.
