Bobby Dean Thomas

Bobby Dean Thomas, 82, of Springdale went to be with the Lord, Aug. 1, 2012. He was born April 26, 1930, in Hartman to the late John and May (Campbell) Thomas. He was an Army veteran, a field supervisor for Hudson Foods and of the Assembly of God Faith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Heartsill Thomas and George Thomas. Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife of 56 years, Dorothy (East) Thomas; one brother, Herbert Thomas of West Fork; three sisters, Virginia East and Hazel Morris, both of Coal Hill, and Lucille Bennett of Grapevine, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Thomas' funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, in the chapel of Roller-Cox Funeral Home, with the Rev. Tim O'Brien officiating. Burial will follow in West Mt. Zion Cemetery, Hartman, Ark. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Assembly of God Church, 3053 W. Sunset Ave., Springdale, AR 72766.
