Blanche Angeline Kilker

Blanche Angeline Kilker, 100, of Fayetteville, died Aug. 1, 2012, at her home. She was born on Sept. 18, 1911, in Lemmon, S.D., to Antone and Anna Texley. She is preceded in death by her husband, Sherman Kilker; brother, Norris Texley; and sisters, Amy Hardy, Mamie Hannah, Ruth Leivestad, Evelyn Hannah, Clarice Johnson and Louella Theriault. Survivors include her daughter, Carol Baker and husband, Roger, of Fayetteville; son, William Kilker and wife, Eleanor, of Freeport, Ill.; brother, Edward Texley of Venice, Fla.; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at Beard's Funeral Chapel, with pastor Clint Schnekloth officiating. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Freeport, Ill.
