Edward Lewis Eitelman, 76, of St. Paul, Arkansas died Saturday, April 21, 2012 at his home. He was born December 6, 1935 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Edward Frederick Eitelman and Ardelle Ward. He attended Texas Tech and Baptist Bible College where he was a graduate of Theology. He was a pastor from 1980 to 2005. He moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1991 from Sugarland, Texas and was pastor of White River Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by both of his parents. Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Lea Doss Eitelman of the home; three sons, Edward "Ed" Eitelman and wife Cindy of McKinney, Texas, Bob Eitelman and wife Marlene of Witter, Arkansas and Bill Eitelman and wife Pam of St. Paul, Arkansas; two brothers, Ray Eitelman of Fayetteville and Barry Eitelman of Abilene, Texas; one sister, Jean Unger of Houston, Texas; nine grandchildren and many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at White River Baptist Church in St. Paul, Arkansas. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Brashears Cemetery and a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. at White River Baptist Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Beard's Funeral Chapel of Fayetteville. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the White River Baptist Church Mission Fund, 18830 Hwy. 16, St. Paul, Ark. 72760.
