Wanda Manning

St. Joe resident, Wanda Manning, died April 15, 2012. Visitation will be April 17 at Holt Memorial Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be April 18 at the United Pentecostal Church in St. Joe, Ark. The daughter of Shelby and Lucille (Reeves) Mears was born on Aug. 17, 1936.
