Henry J. Euler Jr., 92, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. He was born on Feb. 16, 1920, in New Rochelle, N.Y., to Henry and Elizabeth Hyatt Euler. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Caroline Faris. Henry was a WWII veteran of the D-Day invasion, proudly serving his country for 3 ½ years. He was a graduate of the University of Virginia, School of Architecture. He was a long-time member of Kiwanis. Upon retirement to south Texas, he was able to develop his passion for painting. Henry was a devoted husband, father and a man of strong Christian faith. He attended Fellowship Bible Church. After cremation, his ashes will be transported to Virginia, where he will rest with his wife. Henry is survived by one son, Hank Euler and wife, Jean, of Rogers, Ark.; one daughter, Dare Spinosi and husband, Jonathan, of Pitman, N.J.; a brother, Ken Euler and wife, Mary, of The Colony, Texas; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson. A celebration of his life will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2012, in the chapel at Fellowship Bible Church, Rogers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Samaritan Community Center, 1211 West Hudson Road, Rogers, AR 72756.
