Elena Martinez

Elena Martinez, 3, of Rogers, passed away April 6, 2012, in her home. Elena was born Aug. 6, 2008, in Rogers, the daughter of Daniel and Maria Garduno Martinez. Elena was a very happy little girl, always smiling. She loved her little dog, Rocky. Her favorite thing was playing outside with Uriel, Caesar, Levi, Ethan and Daisy. She would pray every night, and would often go through the house dancing and say, "Look at me, I am dancing for my Jesus." She is survived by her parents, Daniel and Maria of the home; two sisters, Melissa and Lupita Chelsea Martinez, and one brother, Daniel Martinez, all of the home. Funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers, with Monsignor David LeSieur officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Vincent Cemetery. Arrangements are with Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. Fourth St., Rogers.
