Winston Neal Jenkins, 67, of Pine Bluff, died Sunday, October 17, 2010, at his home. Mr. Jenkins was born February 4, 1943 in Boyle, Mississippi, to Grady and Omeria Robinson Jenkins. He graduated from Shaw High School in Shaw, Mississippi. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, from Delta State College, in Cleveland, Mississippi. He married Dianne Farish, October 30, 1970 in Memphis, Tennessee, and they moved to Pine Bluff in 1976, where he began his career with Simmons First National Bank, at which he was currently a Vice President of the Investment Division. Mr. Jenkins was a member and deacon at First Baptist Church of Pine Bluff. He also was Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scouts of America, Troop 106, for 20 years. He enjoyed deer and turkey hunting, and spending time with family and friends at his trout cabin in Heber Springs. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Dianne Farish Jenkins, two sons, Greg and Amy Jenkins of Bentonville, Brian and Jacquelyn Jenkins of Southaven, Mississippi, daughter, Lara and Michael Shepherd of Springdale, brother, Milton Jenkins of Little Rock, and five grandchildren, Braden Shepherd, Avery Jenkins, Will Shepherd, Ella Jenkins and Cole Jenkins. Gravesides services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, October 20, 2010, at Pinecrest Cemetery, in Alexander, with burial by Ralph Robinson and Son. There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m., Wednesday, at First Baptist Church, with Reverend Matt Norton officiating. The family will receive friends at Robinson's, Tuesday evening, 5-7 p.m. Memorials may take the form of donations to Boy Scouts of America, Troop 106, or First Baptist Church.
