Benton County Sheriff's Office

Jessica Lynn Wuest, 36, of 209 Liberty Hill Road in Salem was arrested Friday in connection with trafficking of a controlled substance. Wuest was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Lydia Whitten, 31, of 18851 W. Arkansas 12 in Gentry was arrested Friday in connection with rape, domestic battery and aggravated assault on a family or household member. Whitten was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jason Allen Lay, 44, of 20823 E. 400 Road in Jay, Okla., was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving. Lay was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Farmington

Angela Keilbarth, 33, of 313 Kelli Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with domestic battery. Keilbarth was released Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center on $1,490 bond.

Rogers

Alfredo Arroyo, 20, of 2808 W. Bishop Drive was arrested Friday in connection with domestic battery, terroristic threatening, theft by receiving and unlawful transfer of stolen property. Arroyo was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail on $80,000 surety bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

Alvin Derby, 70, of 5020 E. Wyman Road in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Derby was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
