• John Williams of Twiggs County, Ga., was treated for a minor cut and charged with aggravated child molestation after a woman told sheriff's deputies she hit him with a sword after she found him molesting her 5-year-old daughter.
• Misty Freeman, 38, of Alexandria, Va., was charged with robbery after, police said, she took the cellphone of a woman who was recording her during a confrontation over Freeman's dog defecating along a neighborhood street.
