Head of group that aids nonprofits to talk in LR

The president and chief executive officer of a Chicago-based organization that works with nonprofit groups, donors and others will speak at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service on Tuesday in Little Rock.

Helene D. Gayle, 63, has run The Chicago Community Trust since October 2017. She used to work at the McKinsey Social Initiative, a nonprofit group that builds partnerships for social impact; CARE, one of the world's oldest humanitarian organizations; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, working primarily on HIV/AIDS issues; and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, directing programs on HIV/AIDS and other global health issues.

Her speech at the Clinton School is scheduled to begin at noon in Sturgis Hall on the Clinton Presidential Center complex at 1200 President Clinton Ave.
