DeVos targets Arkansas State's free-speech policy in remarks; attorney defends school

Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, speaking about actions taken by some college administrators, talked about Arkansas State University during a student town hall meeting Monday at National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.

An Arkansas State University attorney on Tuesday defended the school as "committed" to free-speech rights after the school was targeted in remarks by U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos a day earlier.
