Jerry Streich, fire chief in Andover, Minn., said firefighters "couldn't have asked for anything more patriotic" when a bald eagle perched for about 45 seconds on the basket of the department's aerial-ladder truck during a tribute honoring those who died during the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.
