Learning the Food Craft

Sims along with others from around the country are in one of three 40 hour classes that go toward the required 120 hours of classes time that Food Product Developers are required to have to be Certified Culinary Scientist. The University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension is hosting the classes this year at Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food and the Northwest Arkansas Community College's culinary program campus in Bentonville.

Tuesday photo gallery includes the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension hosting cooking classes at Brightwater Culinary to teach certifications to Food Product Developers. The gallery also includes the opening of a new Coca-Cola distribution center and the National TPS Alliance stopping in Springdale on their bus tour to Washington D.C.
