JONESBORO -- Connor Long threw two touchdowns passes, including one to Connor Watson, who also rushed for a touchdown, and Valley View (5-3, 3-2 5A East) beat Greene County Tech (2-6, 0-5).
Watson started the scoring with a 40-yard run in the first quarter, and the Blazers led 8-0 after the two-point conversion.

Greene County Tech closed to 8-7 on Devin Smith's 22-yard touchdown, followed by John Laux's extra point.
Valley View scored the next four touchdowns: Long's 53-yard pass to Jacob Snyder, Blake Arnoult's 3-yard run, another touchdown run and Long's pass to Watson to make it 33-8.
Greene County Tech closed to 33-14 on Xavier McBroom's 3-yard run.
