Madison Gentry White and James Golladay Baker IV were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, in Fellowship Bible Church. Nate Mahrt with Second Presbyterian Church of Memphis officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Denise White and Tim White, both of Little Rock. She is the granddaughter of Johnnie Epperson and Mary and the late Don Epperson, all of Little Rock.
Parents of the groom are Valerie and Jim Baker of Franklin, Tenn. He is the grandson of Suzanne and Jay Franklin and Martha and Ralph Conwill, all also of Franklin.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a mermaid-style gown with a Chantilly lace V-neck bodice with flutter cap sleeves and a skirt of silk crepe.
Matron of honor was Victoria Onaca of New Delhi. Bridesmaids were Susanna Artt of New Orleans; Kelsey Sutton and Rachel Stone, both of Little Rock; Catherine Coyle and Carlie Svebek, both of Fayetteville; Kara Anders of Dallas; and Victoria Baker of Franklin, sister of the groom.
Flower girls were Josie and Scarlett Summers of Maumelle, cousins of the bride, and ring bearers were Alex, Zach and Will Baker of Franklin, cousins of the groom, and Henry Summers of Maumelle, also cousin of the bride.
Best man was Jordan Baker of Memphis, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Josh Betts of Davidson, N.C., cousin of the groom; Lucas Spickard of Atlanta; Charlie Merritt of Nashville, Tenn.; Renn Eason of New Orleans; Andrew Lowrie of Austin, Texas; and Joey Carton and Albert Vacheron, both of Memphis. Guests were seated by Chris Hembree of Dallas and Matt Gebhardt, Justin Lester and Owen White, brother of the bride, all of Little Rock.
A reception, also at the church, was held after the ceremony.
The bride graduated with high honors and a bachelor's degree in communication disorders from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and with high honors and master's degree in communication sciences and disorders from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is a speech-language pathologist at Williamson County Schools in Franklin.
The groom graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in economics/commerce and business from Rhodes College, Memphis, and is a financial analyst at Nashville Capital Network in Nashville.
After a honeymoon in Hot Springs, the couple will live in Nashville and plan a winter wedding trip.
