Dinner on the Grounds was held on the front lawn of the Terry Mansion on May 11. This is the 13th year for the spring fundraiser for Our House.
As guests walked in through the wrought iron gate to the historic Little Rock home, they were greeted by music from local children who took turns playing different instruments. Lights strung in trees illuminated the festivities on the lawn, which included a buffet dinner of Southern-style food, drinks and music.
Event chairman was Del Boyette and serving as co-chairmen were Sara Hendricks Batcheller and Jimmy Batcheller. Our House serves homeless and near homeless families and individuals which includes providing housing, job training and programs for children.
