The parents of an 11-year-old girl made a complaint to police about a week ago about Harvey's activity with their child, Goshen Police Chief Zeb Rone said.

The incident happened in Goshen while Harvey was not at work, Rone said.

Harvey was released at 8:33 p.m. Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

CEMS Chief Becky Stewart said Thursday she has accepted Harvey's resignation.
