The Bella Vista Property Owner’s Association is adding a third restaurant to its current properties and is expected to have it open for business by the end of the month, directors said.
The BV Bar and Grill is like a sports bar, Tommy Lee, director of business development, said. The menu consists of wings, burgers, soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts.
Jerry James is head chef.
Lee said the restaurant is part of a complete renovation project that will become the hub of the POA. A welcome center, clothing and accessories shop, community room and POA board room are also under construction.
