SPRINGDALE -- Ozark Regional Transit is offering free fares during spring break on all fixed routes.

Spring break runs Monday through March 23 for most students in Northwest Arkansas.

This is the first of several free-fare periods the transit system offers each year.

Free fare is for fixed-route service only. Scheduled paratransit and demand/response service remains at the $2.50 rate for one-way passage.
