GOSHEN -- Someone fishing around a mile from Twin Bridges found a body this afternoon matching the description of James Valles, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
Valles, 35, of Elkins went missing Feb. 28 after he jumped into Richland Creek. He had been running from a deputy and had been tased.
The body was found about half a mile to a mile from the bridges, sheriff's office spokeswoman Kelly Cantrell said.
A positive identification has not been confirmed, she said.
