4 black Little Rock lawmen sue city over claims of race, age discrimination, hostile workplace

Four black police officers in Little Rock filed a federal lawsuit Monday against the city over age and racial discrimination, the latest public sign of a fractured relationship between the city's police chief and members of a black police officers association.
