TUCKER -- Jefferson County authorities say a 27-year-old man is being sought for the fatal shooting of two Little Rock men Friday night.

Sheriff's investigators say witnesses tell them Joshua Lasley of Altheimer fled after the gunfire erupted in a rural part of the county about 30 miles (48.28 kilometers) southeast of Little Rock.

The victims have been identified as 34-year-old Rodney Scaife, who was found dead behind the wheel of a car along Arkansas Highway 15 in Tucker. A second man, 34-year-old Trevarland Smith, died of his wounds while being taken by ambulance to a hospital.

Deputies say the shooting was the result of a fight.
