The as-yet unnamed bicycle and pedestrian bridge crosses above Union Pacific railroad tracks on LaHarpe Boulevard/Arkansas 10 in Little Rock near the Lincoln Avenue viaduct. It crosses between the headquarters of Dillard’s and the Department of Arkansas Heritage.

It reroutes the city’s bicycle/pedestrian connector for the Arkansas River Trail’s discontinuous loop so that trail users no longer cross below the Cantrell Road viaduct or travel sidewalks and streets south of the highway.

Plans call for an eventual ramp linking the bridge to the Medical Mile of the River Trail. But when the bridge opens (in the unspecified but near future), it will lead users to North Street beside the heritage department.

From quiet North Street they can reach the River Trail by turning right on State Street, then left on Garland Street and left on Gaines Street, which intersects the trail.
