Drivers on a state highway can watch the construction of this little bridge. Do you know where and what it is?

Hint: It stands beside a concrete, through rainbow arch bridge built in 1928 by the Ozark Engineering Co. of Joplin, Mo., and named for Abraham Lincoln.

Hint 2: Once the new, 16-foot-wide bridge is complete, a larger trails project it is part of will not be finished. But bicycle riders who use it will avoid heavy traffic.

Think you know? See the answer on Page 3D.
