Nathaniel Clark was arrested Sunday in connection with negligent homicide and driving while intoxicated.
Clark lost control of the 2004 Nissan Titan he was driving on Cowface Road, southwest of Arkansas 264, according to the Arkansas State Police fatality report. The vehicle left the road and hit several trees at about 4 p.m. Sunday.
Clark, 29, Sabrina Danae Clark, 31, and three girls were in the car. One child died. The other four people were injured, according to the report.
The Clarks are residents of Springdale.
Nathaniel Clark was being held Monday in the Benton County jail with no bond set. He also faces three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
His court date in July 23.
