Watch as determined teams paddle furiously across Maumelle's Lake Willastein (off Club Manor Drive) in the River Cities Dragon Boat Festival. The area around the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, 501 W. Ninth St., Little Rock, will be jumping and buzzing at the annual Juneteenth celebration, noon-6 p.m. Saturday.
