Installing new lighting on LaHarpe Boulevard in Little Rock will require lane closures today, the Arkansas Department of Transportation said.
Crews will close LaHarpe, also called Arkansas 10, between State and East Markham streets as well as the westbound off-ramp from the Broadway bridge from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., weather permitting. Traffic will be controlled with signs and traffic barrels.
