• Zachary Allen Stiles, 25, of 21835 Rock Road in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Stiles was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Karma Breeden, 33, of 15795 Winn Creek Road in Winslow was arrested Wednesday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Breeden was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Kyle Lee Alexander, 32, of 101 E. Laurel Ave. in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with domestic battering. Alexander was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Harley Tuell, 22, of Lincoln was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of theft of property motor vehicle, theft of property and criminal mischief. Tuell was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Ron Eddleman, 37, of 3000 N. Cheryl Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault and contempt of court. Eddleman was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center on a combined bond of $8,000.
