• Bradley James Cowan, 29, of 2501 S.E. Fourth St. in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with terroristic threatening. Cowan was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• James Stebel, 51, of 1410 Cog Hill was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and domestic battering. Stebel was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Conrad Petrus, 35, of 3210 S. Thompson St. was arrested Friday in connection with battery, terroristic threatening, public intoxication, criminal mischief, resisting arrest and criminal trespassing. Petrus was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Erminio Quezada, 40, of 1701 N. Lewis Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with residential burglary, sexual assault, attempted rape and domestic battering. Quezada was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Brent Olinger, 27, of 3078 Boxcar St. was arrested Friday in connection with three counts of battery. Olinger was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Daniel Matthews, 55, of 1406 Clayton St. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm and possession of meth or cocaine with purpose to deliver. Matthews was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with $3,500 bond.
