Arkansas media veteran Steve Stephens will be honored by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences MidAmerica Chapter with a Lifetime Achievement Award at a ceremony July 28 in Shreveport. Stephens has been selected to enter the Gold Circle, honoring individuals who have devoted 50 years or more to the television industry, and who have made a significant contribution to broadcasting in their community.
