FAYETTEVILLE -- Police found a body Monday morning near the Lake Fayetteville Nature Trail, Cpl. Dallas Brashears, police spokesman, said.
Police recieved a call at 6:20 a.m. from Lakeview Drive on the north side of the lake from a person who discovered the body while jogging, Brashears said.
Police are investigating the death as a suicide and do not suspect foul play, Brashears said.
Brashears will not release the name of the deceased until family has been notified, he said.
