Tails: Music, a beer garden, gumbo, beads and dogs galore will be part of the celebration at the Barkus on Main Mardi Gras celebration, noon-5 p.m. Feb. 11. The pet parade will be along the Main Street Creative Corridor in downtown Little Rock, starting at 2:30 p.m. at Seventh and Main streets and ending at Fourth and Main.
